Yes, we’re happy to provide transportation from Budapest to Tata and back. The coach will depart from Budapest at 12:00 pm on Saturday and leave Tata at 12:30 pm on Sunday.
Kindly let us know when RSVP-ing if you’d like to use the coach, so we can plan accordingly. We look forward to making your journey comfortable!

We would be absolutely delighted to accommodate you at Kristály Hotel for the wedding day (16th August)! To ensure we can reserve your stay, please confirm your attendance soon, as space is limited. We can’t wait to have you with us!

Check-in is from 2:00 pm on Saturday, with early check-in available upon request, subject to availability and a nominal fee.
Check-out is at 12:00 pm on Sunday, with late check-out available upon request for a fee. If you're taking the coach back to Budapest, it will depart Tata at 12:30 pm.
For those wanting to unwind, the hotel offers a lovely wellness area with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep the event intimate, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you there!

Absolutely! We’d love to have your little ones share in this special day with us.

The dress code is Summer Formal! Gentlemen, please wear a suit and shirt—ties are wonderful, and jackets can come off if it gets warm. Ladies, a formal dress or jumpsuit. Think elegant and stylish—we can’t wait to celebrate in style with you!

Your presence at the celebration is the greatest gift of all! If you really want, a small contribution towards our honeymoon in Japan would be so appreciated—but please only if it’s your wish. We’re just overjoyed to celebrate with you!

Ryanair and Aer Lingus both operate direct flights from Dublin to Budapest. We recommend spending at least two days in Budapest and allowing around 1.5 days for the wedding itself. Here are some suggested flight options (subject to change):

Option A:
  • Flying out: Aer Lingus DUB-BUD – 14th August, Thursday 7:45 AM - 11:50 AM
  • Flying back: Ryanair BUD-DUB – 17th August, Sunday 9:10 PM - 11:20 PM
Option B:
  • Flying out: Ryanair DUB-BUD – 15th August, Friday 8:40 AM - 12:35 PM
  • Flying back: Ryanair BUD-DUB – 18th August, Monday 6:20 PM - 10:15 PM
Option C:
If you’d like to stay for Hungary’s public holiday celebrations on August 20th:
  • Flying out: Ryanair DUB-BUD – 15th August, Friday 8:40 AM - 12:35 PM
  • Flying back: Aer Lingus BUD-DUB – 21st August, Thursday 12:30 PM - 2:45 PM
    Or, Ryanair BUD-DUB – 18th August, Monday 7:35 PM - 11:30 PM

Important: For those flying in, we highly recommend arriving on Friday or earlier. While there are flights on Saturday, even small delays could mean missing the wedding, and we’d hate for that to happen! We want you to have a stress-free journey and enjoy the celebrations to the fullest.

Budapest’s National Holiday celebrations on August 20th are a must-see! The day includes all-day entertainment, a street festival, and the unveiling of the "Cake of the Year" (which you can try!).
The highlight is the stunning Budapest Fireworks, best enjoyed from the Danube banks or a rooftop bar. Watch last year’s fireworks show here. Please note that the fireworks are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled.
