We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep the event intimate, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Absolutely, we’d love to have them witness this special day with us.
The dress code is Summer Formal! Gentlemen, a suit and shirt, please—ties are great, and jackets can come off if it gets too warm. Ladies, a formal dress or jumpsuit. Think elegant, not everyday. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Your presence is the greatest gift, and we truly don’t expect anything! If you’d like to give something, a small contribution toward our honeymoon in Japan would be greatly appreciated—but only if you wish. We’re just so excited to celebrate with you!
Ryanair and Aer Lingus both operate direct flights from Dublin to Budapest. We recommend spending at least two days in Budapest and allowing about 1.5 days for the wedding itself. Here are some suggested flight options:
Budapest’s National Holiday celebrations on August 20th include all-day entertainment, a street festival, and the unveiling of the "Cake of the Year" (which you can try!). The highlight is the spectacular Budapest Fireworks, best viewed from the Danube banks or a rooftop bar. Watch last year’s show here. Please note that fireworks are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled.
Important: For those flying in, we strongly recommend arriving on Friday or earlier. While there are flights on Saturday, even minor delays could mean missing the wedding, and we’d hate for that to happen! We want you to have a stress-free journey and enjoy the celebrations with us.
